Our Human Resources team is managing the implementation of Abu Dhabi Government’s HR Laws within ACTVET. The Human Resources team handles talent acquisition, talent development, and talent Management in line with the vision of ACTVET Management.
The Human Resources Section is responsible for recruiting and retaining professionals at all levels within ACTVET, Developing the talent within ACTVET and continually improving capabilities, Managing employee engagement, Driving the Performance Management System, Advising employees on the policies, laws and procedures applied within ACTVET, Liaising with Government entities within the emirates of Abu Dhabi to share knowledge and best practices, Creating a channel of communication between the departments and sections across the Centre, as well as implementing desired changes in HR practices in line with Abu Dhabi Government guidelines.
