Vendor Registration Procedure
Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) strives to develop the existing systems for registering supplier and contractors.
In its commitment to ensuring effective communication between government entities and its customers, the Department of Government Enablement (DGE) has provided the following links for registering and updating information for operating companies, as well as those interested in collaborating with or participating in projects tendered by government entities.
For New Suppliers
1. Non- Abu Dhabi Licensed Suppliers
All non-DED suppliers must obtain an
Abu Dhabi License in accordance with the DED establishment law.
However, if you are not a Registered Supplier, you must submit a request following the below steps to become Registered Supplier
- The supplier must complete the
form on the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate (adgpg.gov.ae) to become a Registered Supplier and share it with ACTVET.
- Supplier can submit the form through email to
procurement@actvet.gov.ae.
- ACTVET will raise a request in ADERP and approve the declaration based on the submitted form.
- Supplier will receive a link from DGE (Department of Government Enablement) to complete the registration request.
2. For Abu Dhabi Licensed Suppliers
1. The supplier must complete the self-registration process on ADERP. Registration is a one-time activity and is centralized for all Abu Dhabi Government Entities. Once registered, the supplier profiles will be accessible to buyers from all entities using the Procurement Gate.
