Accreditation is the approval granted by ACTVET to a training provider to become a registered training provider to offer National Qualifications.
In 2014, the National Qualifications Centre(NQC) and the Vocational Education and Training Awards Council (VETAC) of the UAE have authorized Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) as the first Awarding Body in the United Arab Emirates.
Following a robust quality assurance assessment based on the NQC criteria, the Accreditation Section conducts Organization Capacity Assessment. Training provider meeting the criteria is approved as a Accredited Training Provider (ATP) and will be granted a No Objection Letter (NOC) to offer National Qualifications endorsed by the National Qualification Centre.
