Complaints are made against the provider of services which does not commit to the ACTVET regulations in​cluding:

  • Offering services that are​ not meeting specifications as agreed.
  • The provider refuses to refund money due to inability to provide services as agreed.
  • The provider is not committed to provided services.
  • Instance of service provided not following ACTVET regulations
  • Any related complaints within the scope of ACTVET



Upon receiving a complaint, ACTVET Care customer service contacts the respective party to verify the details of the complaint. The complainant will receive a response​ within 2 working days.

ACTVET makes efforts to bring all parties together to resolve the issue amicably or within its regulatory jurisdiction.
