Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and the Head of the General Women's Union, the Health & Fitness Fun Festival brings together health and fitness enthusiasts, medical experts, chefs, fitness clubs, organizations and businesses focused on healthy living and nutrition to promote health and fitness awareness and knowledge while having fun. For a full month the UAE community is invited to participate in a full immersion of free fitness and fun activities as well as health and nutrition awareness across the UAE in schools, shopping malls, public areas and at ADNEC.
