EmiratesSkills National Competition is held annually to celebrate Emirati talents and contribute to enhancing the skills of the Emirati youth, empowering them with industry-relevant skills for active participation in the country's sustainable development.

Aligned with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030, the goals of the EmiratesSkills National Competition include increasing awareness about careers based on technical and vocational education among Emirati youth. This aims to prepare a national workforce to serve economic and technological growth in the UAE. EmiratesSkills National Competition attracts talented Emiratis in technical and vocational fields to compete according to international standards, and subsequently represent the UAE in international skills competitions.

Importance of the EmiratesSkills National Competition (ESNC)

The competition supports industrial development in the UAE by fostering a high degree of accuracy and precision in technical skills among Emirati youth.

The competition also encourages participants to face the challenge of competing in skill competitions at the national, regional, and international levels. This enhances the competitive ability of youth, motivating them to continually improve their skills and strive for excellence.
