Eng. Saqer Al Hammadi is the Director of Support Services, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. He has over 20 years of experience in project Management, contract negotiation & administration, budgeting, staff management, technical support, and client relations.
Prior to joining ACTVET, he worked with government funded infrastructure and asset projects as well as managed large scaled commercial projects. In his current role, he spearheads and oversees the daily operations of all support departments, and special projects.
He was previously the Head of Project Management Office, where he led the delivery and success of ACTVET projects such as Empower and Employ Emiratis Project (EEE) that aimed to help UAE national graduates find employment in the private sector.
